It's 2 years old and still rock solid...as a luxury car should be.I think the LCIs suffered a drop in either component or assembly quality, which is surprising and unacceptable for a facelifted model. So don't accept the "it's normal" cr*p from the SCs and quickly escalate to BMWM to get your problems fixed.</blockquote>
