Question about angel eyes

Hey, new to the site, so sorry if i'm doing it wrong, i'll learn. I'm trying to install a set of angel eyes on my 2001 330ci w/o daytime running lights and w/o xenon. But i don't know where to connect since there are no daytime running lights. the turn signal lights don't have enough power and if i connect to the low beams, they only come on when the lights are on. Any ideas? thanks
