Went to M Performance to diagnose the problm and the guy said it was the nut under the front bonnet coming in contact with the bonnet. Long story short, the mech tightened it and said it was ok. But after driving off fr a couple kilometers the sound came back. Before i go for a second round at the workshop, perhaps some members here have faced a simillar problem and came about the solution?Im driving an e90,320i, if thats any help.
