Plugs for your E46 Ms

I was just wondering what spark plugs brand/models are being used [as whats popular and readily available in the Klang valley] for the E46 M3s? Anyone care to share their preference and reviews of plugs used thus far... Thanks.

Sound reasonable but X 6 would be RM480.. ok lah, can last very long..
