Place to fix my malfunction AUX port

Hi, I pressed to hard on the USB/AUX port and it fell inside....I then sent my car to a workshop nearby and they r not really experienced in it....they did manage to clip the USB/AUX port back but the AUX wont work anymore....I suspect the cable loose or somethjng....does anyone fixed their USB/AUX before and where is it? I need a workshop that is experienced in fixing it.

Contacted Vick, will get my car fixed at this shop soon...thx for the tips
