Like you the sat nav did not work in Malaysia. After some looking around I had a Dynavin unit installed.Some comments on this system:-Navigation works ok but not clear how to update it, possibly need to have the unit removed to access the memory card locationThe controller is not easy to use, in my car in the BMW system mode is click by click when navigating the menus, in the Dynavin system mode the control is very jerky and is not easy to control. When I asked Dynavin about this they told me it is because the car is Japanese spec and the system is different.The phone works ok but is difficult to control through the Dynavin system due to the poor control issue mentioned above.Music works ok, I put everything on a thumb drive and play from there.It has reverse camera mode that works ok but sometimes the system switches off the camera.On the whole, the only major complaint I have is that the control of the Dynavin system is very difficult but it works ok.Hope this helps</blockquote>
