Saturday</strong></p><p>Event : <strong>BMWCM Official - Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary and Patin Drive</strong>.</p><p> </p><p><strong>1.</strong> <u><strong>Main Group</strong></u> - Meeting Point @ BHP Petrol Karak Highway (1.7 km after Karak Toll)</p><p> </p><p>7.00 am - Registration Start.</p><p> - Collect your car sticker, Indemnity Form and T-shirt.</p><p> - Make payment for Lunch and T-shirt.*</p><p> - Return Indemnity form after signing and filling.</p><p> </p><p>7.30 am - Safety Briefing by Marshall and introduction to all focal persons (Group A / Focal Person : Bailey / TBC)</p><p> </p><p>7.45 am - Team A regroup and Convoy depart to Lanchang Toll (80 Km – 50 mins)</p><p> </p><p>7.55 am - Team B regroup and Convoy depart to Lanchang Toll (80 Km – 50 mins</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue"><strong>2. <u>East Coast Bimmer Group</u> - Meeting Point at R & R Gambang at 7.30am</strong> </span><span style="color: red"><strong>(Focal Person : Choq of Paka)</strong></span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue">7.30 am - Registration Start.</span></p><p><span style="color: blue"> - Collect your car sticker, Indemnity Form and T-shirt.</span></p><p><span style="color: blue"> - Make payment for Lunch and T-shirt.*</span></p><p><span style="color: blue"> - Return Indemnity form after signing and filling.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue">7.45 am - Safety Briefing by Marshall and introducing to all focal persons.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue">8.00 am - Convoy depart to Lanchang Toll.</span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue"><strong>3. <u>Lanchang Toll</u> (Exit 816)</strong></span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue">8.45am - Convoy will exit at Lanchang Toll. All convoys shall regroup after the Lanchang toll.</span></p><p><span style="color: blue"> - Big bikes will be waiting to escort the convoy to the Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary.*</span></p><p><span style="color: blue"> - Light snacks and drinks will be distributed to each car / bikes. (Compliment of harisbimmer)*</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue">9.30 am - Convoys depart to Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue"><strong>4. <u>Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary</u></strong>. (Pusat Konservasi Gajah Kebangsaan)</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue">10.00 am - Convoy shall reach Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary</span></p><p><span style="color: blue"> - Park your cars / bikes at the designated parking lot.</span></p><p><span style="color: blue"> - Group registration and proceed to the sanctuary video room.</span></p><p><span style="color: blue"> - Video show - story about Elephants (around 15min). The video room can seat 100 people (The rest of the group can stand behind and </span></p><p><span style="color: blue"> watch the video show).</span></p><p><span style="color: blue"> - Time to feed the elephants.</span></p><p><span style="color: blue"> - Photo session with the elephants.</span></p><p><span style="color: blue"> - Have a ride on the elephants.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue">11.30 am - Presentation of donation (collected from the sale of T-shirts) to the Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary by the President of BMW Club</span></p><p><span style="color: blue"> Malaysia.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue">12.00 pm - BMW Club Malaysia and Other Group Photo session.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="color: blue">12.15 pm - Convoy depart to Restoran Ima Masakan Tradisional Temerloh for lunch. The convoy shall be escorted by big bikes.
