Paddle shift

I'm newbie with bmw & just bought e60 525 2004.
Previously play with r32 2jz auto with manuallised shift.

Plan to install paddle shift & need advice if any concern.

Quite a number of e60 owners here have added paddle shift. quite a simple installation provided the installer is an experienced one. What are you concern, if any?

It depends on what kind of paddle shift that u want to install. M5 SMG type will be very tricky..I'm still looking for good installer to do it...
