"Normal" Gearshift to M-Sports Gearshift

Just wondered if anyone here has any experience/stories to share...Would like to convert the standard gearshift to an M-Sport one. Anyone?

Actually not a newbie, I used to be mc_e39, bought an e60, hence now mc_e60
