No 1st Gear!! In my 635CSI

Hey guys, My 1st gear is stuck between Reverse and 1st its actually not going into the slot properly. Would that mean i have to change my mounting, rubber bushing and the T-Joint? Or is it a problem with my Gearbox? Pls help me resolve this problem.

ok anyway got it sorted out it was just a minor change of mounting, rubber bushing and the t-joint. and clutch pump. Thanks for you feed back.
