For booth they claimed it was like that when I sent in, which isn't true. So I asked them to check CCTV, either case once the service manager took over from the service advisor, he was decent, nice and understanding. I think they will fix it. Another update, BMW Malaysia sent me official letter after I wrote to both then and Bmw Germany. They have assigned quill to look into this and provide them with a report.
