After my 1st service and 2nd with quill and their refusal to attend to the knocking sound from my steering saying its normal, I did my last one at ingress Puchong. Better service, was treated with more respect.This time around ingress had a 2 week wait, quill had an immediate slot, since it's an air cond issue, I went back to quill. Now given the mess I am in, I can't change until I have sorted out this. Talking to a nice supervisor from Quill who is assigned to look at this.
