Imagine to my horror the sales advisor told me that it was already not working when I brought my car in. I got mad and asked him, if it wasn't, don't u think I would have asked u to fix it? Secondly you called me and asked me to change a 100 other things, never did u mention about the boot Spring failure. How do u explain that?  He kept quiet and told me he will speak to his manager.
