Newbie from Ampang

Hi BMW Masters,
I'm Bayu from Ampang. Really hoping that I will have enough budget by end of this year for the F30 316i.
This will be my 1st Conti car jumping from Proton Persona h34r:, but before I make the biggest jump in my life, I need to understand what I am getting into first.

Will this car;

1. Burn my pocket to ashes if have any issue (engine problem or etc)?
2. Is this car so reliable that I would be able to use it up to 7-9 years?

Since I only aiming for the F30 316i, you guys should know that my budget is really constraint. Some people say to me "if the car sneeze, I'm gonna cough, If the car cough, I'm gonna cough with blood" (referring how much money I need to fork out to maintan this car.)

Appreciate your honest and sincere advises since I don't have any experience with Conti car at all.

Welcome, i also made an order for F30 316i, hopefully will get it this CNY, along with my e92 335i. i think like all cars .. the life expectancy depends on how well you treat it. whether it will last 7-9 years i know some peeps with E46 and their in great condition.

Once you go BMW you never look back
