In my opinion, when the government has decided to hike up fuel prices, what can we do about it? Fuel prices have been up for almost every year. We voices our anger but do they listen? We can also voices up directly to the PM through his blog but will he read it? Or it is filtered before it does reach him? Ministers/Cabinets... all they do is to plan when is the next appropriate time to hike up fuel prices. We grumble at first, then we learn to accept it. What can we do? I agree that it is good for the lower income earner. Hey, who is going to help them if not the government? We work our life off to be what we are today... and we successfully going there (if not, we are not in this forum today... hehehe). Life have ups and down. Now we moving upwards but do we know when we are going to fall? Who will help us when we fell. Hope the government would. Sure there are lots of mind thinker in the ministry trying to find reason for the public why the government hike up fuel prices... but what they can do instead is finding ways not to implement them. I felt sorry to those working in sales, where they have to travel everyday. Do the government think about them... how are they going to pay for the tolls, fuels & maintenance of the car. That is their work. Of course they can use smaller CC car but what if they already owned a higher CC car? Do they sell them off? No matter who we vote, the fuel prices will still hike up. What we can do now is to prepare for it. Budget our expenses (there goes my upgrades... wait, still got time until 1st may). Do more saving. Stay healthy. Hmm... this is only my voice, my opinion. Hope this does not do harm to others... if it do, apology on my behalf. But it is better here than any where else... coz we are MALAYSIAN !!!
