Regardless..as we know,we've got clowns running the ministries and as such,its not impossible or even not unknown for them to fumble policies.While the policy statement may sound Jeremy Clarkson-ish in it's 'overstatement' of things,it MIGHT in essence be true albeit to a lesser extent.Note I used the term MIGHT in capital letters to highlight it's strength..
