Sometimes I think they don't even do the PDI and just take a cursory look at the car and sign-off. Even my present unit had a couple of PDI failures which were irritating, especially when the dealer (no need to ask which one) gave me the run around too. Believe me, I blew my top...but not at the car...or the assemblers.</blockquote>
