There is a geographic address and geographic phone numbers to their factory and staff (may not be public though for all I know!) They are using a network of re-sellers in each country in order to provide that crucial element called 'customer service and after sales care' It's this which makes the Dynavin a better company and product. The other 'units' don't seem to be offering that at all, sure they're probablt cheaper, but with many BMW/Audi/Merc users preferring a product that well built and supported - the Dynavin stands out in this respect. As already mentioned, the 'other units' seems to be clones or copies/replica's of Dynavins product so that'd immediately throw up concerns for me and many other enthusiasts as well. If in 6 months something packs up on the 'clone' where to get support? warranty repair or an exchange unit etc'?Any saving in purchase price will be wiped out in an instant if the above occured - so as per usual, it's the individual customers choice, save and get a clone in the hope nothing goes wrong with it, or buy a product with after sales care and parts/service for a percentage more.Cheers, Dennis!
