I'd agree with kenny on the looks. The new cooper is a little larger in terms of external appearance, but the interior is much better in terms of creature comfort. As for performance, the turbo is something else and the supercharger whining noise (I call it noise) wasn't too appealing to me. As for handling, having tried both cars (stock Mini Cooper S) on a slalom the difference is quite substantial. The inherent understeer in the older model is no longer apparent in the new model and the new Cooper really has razor sharp handling!! Saw one advertised in THe Star for 179k, still under warranty from AB!! Very tempting! :wink: Cheers
