I would agree with KL2DC and Toffeeman. The final W204 is disappointing to me ,when the spy pics showed promise of a more dynamic car. Instead it looks the same old, same old. Bland! The E90 still the one for me. :p Where MB wins in this country though is the company and its distributors. I have nothing but praise for DCM and C&C since buying an E240 for wifey in 2005. Everything has been silky smooth. Their service advisers are knowledgeable (and pretty) And even when there was a brake recall, they offered to come pick up the car from my house or office. Insurance and road tax renewal is a breeze with everything transacted by email. Two days later, the rtax sticker is delivered to my office complete with copies of everything, including updated reg card. Pure luxury all the way. :) BMWM and distributors on the other hand...I think they're still stuck in the 80s/90s. It was bad when I had my E36 and it sounds bad still from other forumers. I mean what's with this 325i Sports launch? Announce the new variant 3 weeks ago, and at first there was no pricing. Now, with 2 weeks to CNY, still no idea when even demo cars will be available! Potong stim betul! :( They still behave like car distributors of the 80s and 90s. Motto: "Customers are Chumps." Even Proton and Perodua have upped their game! Back to the w204, it would be ironic if DCM brings in a few demo cars before BMWM can sort out their E325i Sports non-event launch. :)
