There is also a 5 seater option. Rear passenger seats can be reclined. Good for long journeys. Normal position will give you 590L of boot space. Full recline will give you 440L. Boot opening can be either partial (without the rear glass) or full (with the rear glass). So far no auto boot lid option. There's only 3 engine variants offered at the moment 535i (306hp), 550i (407hp) and 530d (245hp). Tyres are damn wide. Nothing less than 245 series. 245/50 R18 would be standard wheels. It simply means that at speeds below 60km/hr the rear wheel will turn in the opposite direction as the front wheel for tighter turns. However at speeds above 80km/hr the rear wheels will turn as the same direction as the front wheels. Yes, you heard me right. Same direction as the front wheels. The result? Less centrifugal forces during high speed cornering and the car will travel lile a crab. Well, almost. Cabin quality is nothing short of an X5. Simply superb

[QUOTE="funfer_fahrer, post: 403153, member: 2733"] Just got back from getting up-close and personal with this car. The ride height is great. Seating position is higher than a normal 5 series but lower than X5. The height is 1559mm, X5 is 1776mm and the new 7 series is 1484mm. The frameless window is something. I like this feature.
