I'm no sifu when it comes to the E92 M3. Got my 2012 E92 M3 and did the normal preventive checks like undercarriage rust etc. Also did all the oil/lub change notwithstanding the importer i got it from told me they have changed the engine oil etc. I find it helpful to read other overseas forum like M3post etc to find out what are the common problems encountered by the //M3 owners.

Good luck on your purchase and I'm sure all the //M car sifus here will give you sound advice when needed.
