"at last end gearbox" you must mean the rear diff? could be tyres, wheel balance, long shaft coupling, or worse, something wrong with the rear diff... you said you have "checked" it already.. i think you're better off getting your mechanic to explain, and even show you exactly what the problem is and what your options are, and how much it will cost. To me, a good mechanic should be doing that for you.
