I think even with their new cars you need to pay registration which is already included in the price. But once the car is registered with AB, the next owner can still send to AB since it is already registered. One of my fren bought a 2nd hand X5 and since the car already registered with AB previously, they can send back to AB.However, now I heard they no longer accept recond / 2nd hand vehicles for new registration this year. They only continue to service and maintain 2nd hand / recond cars that were already registered with them before this year. Marketing strategy i assume.I had to pay for the registration previously coz I really wanted a BMW Specialist to perform an overall check with the car since it was second hand. From their inspection, the major item that I had changed was the radiator with the sensors and hoses, and also the cylinder lock that was coded. They confirmed to me everything else was in good condition. But apart from that, I am quite happy with their service so far.</blockquote>
