my sleepy sounding boston speaker

Can others out there help me with some good choices?My current Boston Acoustics speakers is too sleepy sounding. Some people call it polite sounding. What I really listen to is dynamic type of sounds. Full of life when it exist in the recordings. The Boston Acoustics speaker makes everything sound bland and sleepy after a while of listening! I am currently using Alpine CD receiver (less than 1 year old).Please somebody HELP ! :rock:

Install a dynamic amp !!! definitely will help a lot.
Brands like TRU Technology,Genesis,Zapco and etc..
