Ah phang told me you had some delay in your claim.... anyway, i wouldnt even send my cars to cityalignment for free...in fact i had my car tow out of that place the very next day, my bro had a accident on a saturday evening @ taman megah (city alignment territory) so the insurance send them over to tow the car. had k1 united tow it out on monday. the city alignment idiots wanted to hold on to the car and would only let go unless a fee of 500 was paid. haha bad move.. one call to my insurance and the car was tow out without a single cent paid, i had them tow it to my prefered workshop K1 united. my cousin had a good experience with them, his waja was badly damaged, frontal and side damage. took them only 4 days from the day of receiving the car to complete. my bro gen2 took only 3 days. AMAZING service. and no hanky panky part swap/claim, what is damaged, is all change with new original parts. highly recommend this workshop to everyone doing a accident claim. they are a panel to almost all the insurance company.</p></blockquote><p></p>
