I immediately stopped the car and realised that there was ATF on the ground. I checked the Auto dipstick and there was no oil in the gaerbox. As it was around 2 am I couldn't call anyone, so I topped up the oil (lucky I had some oil in my trunk) and continued driving with the same sound and vibration. I thought my box was gone but the gears were changing smoothly anyway. I managed to drive my car to my workshop. Now the question to all you sifus out there, what could be the real problem. My foreman said the box is gone but he has not opened it yet. What boggles me is that how come the gears changed smoothly anyway if the box was gone. Could it be anything else ? By the time I reached the worshop, the ATF was still dripping near the torque converter. What should I do ? Pls help. Thanks.</p></blockquote><p></p>
