And, although I've not bought 3 houses from the same housing agent, my experience with the new house I bought last year was also A+ - he bothers to follow up with after sales service calls, and even checked whether I wanted to move in, or rent out (and this was after we'd signed and paid for the house and presumably settled his commission. In fact, he even offered to take wife and I out for a thank you dinner, but we declined of course (skarly kenna poison to buy more houses during dinner-talk! Haha)It all boils down to service attitude and the individual involved. If the SE thinks that he or she is only doing this to take home the next paycheck, it will show to the customer. If the SE on the other hand does the job with passion and treats the customers with care, it will also be very obvious to the customer.</blockquote>
