[QUOTE="Voodoo8808, post: 679509, member: 33582"] @zidee, thanks for sharing the news. I called up the inspector the next day, literally in rejoice but unfortunately, it wasn't the same gang that hijacked mine coz all were Indian, she said. And to add salt to my injury, I was informed by ingress' insurance claims officer that a 2% "service charge" upon the claimed amount shall be applicable. WTH?! Real blood suckers they are! Is it just me or that's how luxury car dealers work? I've had several insurance claims before throughout my 20-yrs of driving experience & this is the first time I've ever heard of such condition. The matter is pending an official note from them before I could bring it up to tribunal court & you betcha I definitely would! really pissed over their ethics in business... So bros, please dig up your insurance policy or whatever docs in between you with Ingress (or even Quill) & hunt for such despicable condition/clause. Then if you unfortunately do, raise hell to them! It's a matter of principal, not money here. I suppose that they would have made upfront commission when I first sign up for the Allianz motor insurance, so what's the reason for a hefty charge to render the service when a claim arises?!
