Been topping up 1L three times after an engine oil change. During the next change, notice oil overflow at the filter area, so the mechanic change the filter housing gasket. Thought the problem will go away, however after only one week the oil level indicator flashed up again, suddenly below minimum. Asked mechanic, he said that this could be the oil level sensor kaput. Been driving with the annoying oil level warning for about 4,000 km, got pissed then top up 1L yesterday morning. Surprisingly, the sensor still reads below min and still indicates to top up 1L !!! So, do I change my sensor or still top up?</blockquote>
