Low maintainance / Hybrid battery - Gravity cast (using gravity caster/concast machine) with Calcium-Alloy on Negative plates only.

Maintainance free - Expanded metal (using strip caster) with Calcium-Alloy on both Negative & Positive plates.

The significant difference between Ca-Ca/Ca-Silver (just launched in conjunction with Bosch) is the way the grid is formed, thus resulting different chemical structure.
