Message: <blockquote data-quote="astroboy" data-source="post: 306967" data-attributes="member: 4527">... and here's few from my humble idiot proof camera.. <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite7" alt=":p" title="Stick Out Tongue    :p" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":p" />Its a great trip with few live-to-tell close calls, thanks to the great handling and responsiveness of BMWs, we had a lot of fun and really felt the advantage of 50/50 weight distribution, awesome!! ... have not been having so much fun for a loooonnnng-long time.There was people puking all the way and some fell asleep few times during the journey despite tyres screeching through most corners... or should I say DSC light blinks on most corner!!Too bad there's no E46 joining us in the trip, I must say the E36s were all having as much fun despite being near 20 years old.. none the less, the 1.6L E30 too.. :wink: It's a fun smoking session for the coupes I must admit!! we had fun watching them in action too!! <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite8" alt=":D" title="Big Grin    :D" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":D" />Thanks to Blackie in organising the trip.David is taking a smart drive that day by having the opportunity to watch almost all cars closely from the back and I guess by now, he knows exactly how everyone of us drive, who take the cornering line the best, who uses least brake, who's drive is smoothest and so forth. Yeah! he cucuked most of us 4-potters because he too was smoked by the coupes... big time.. hahahahaaa.....My car covered 280km of distance that day, at 60kph average speed, using 11.9L/100km or fuel.
