The buck ends with him. No-one else can be deemed responsible for his oversight (good faith and politics dont correspond in Malaysia)Same goes for DPM who authorized, signed and payed for Naval ships - 2 off which have been built with over 8000 flaws, and the other 2 are only at 50% completion (they were all scheduled for delivery to the Navy this year). Price of projects went up by over 1.25b, just to save the failed attempt. Neither the ship builder (who by the way, never built a ship bigger than a patrol boat, yet was given the 6b dollar contract) nor the Naval officers, nor the PM are responsible. The buck ends with the top dog, ie. Minister of Defence.I guess the moral of this story is, if you sit in the number one position in any team, organisation or even country, you are responsible for what goes on under you. Blaming the next guy doesnt help.</blockquote>
