I need to know what makes this property so appealing to their selected clientele. Location is a prime factor. Or does the high price justify spending so much money on it? Making it be known only the elite can afford such properties. As i've notice in all such properties, almost all used the factor of location and views as their selling point. The penthouse unit of course commands the most respect being the top of the range units. In fact, nothing else appeals beside the height, location and views.</blockquote>
