Lumbar and heated seat D.I.Y for E46

Hi all,Looking for some enlightenment from all sifus here..I am just wondering if anyone ever transfer lumbar and/or heated seat module when upgrading from normal electric seat to m sport electric seat? I am planning to transfer the lumbar and heated seat module to my m sport seats. No base wiring just transfer from seat to seat.I found some one diy from one of the forums but not confident to do alone and wonder who has done it before.. Probably some tips or easier way to do it?Worst comes to worst if any one could suggest where to go and do this? Workshop or cushion shop? Or accessories shop?Thank you sifus..

errrr.....u shld do the lumbar...but heated seat? u sure ka?

anyway, here's a write up on lumbar support retrofit http://www.tmk.com/lumbar/index.shtml seems very much doable. guess the steps provided can serve as a guide on what to dismantle and where to put back on....

Want to maintain my heated seats so all the buttons are working.. Eventhough not using.. Thanks for the link will have a look.. Already have e46 fanatics forumer who wrote the diy.. Now looking for assistant to help out.. Seat so heavy for me to take it out alone..
