Loud exhaust or engine?

Hi guys,Hope someone would shed some light on where to check.Symptom: Engine is particularly loud compared to any other valvetronics around...even friends with the same car complained my car is loud...the engine sounds like its screaming for help at 5000rpm...as if my car was installed with some ah beng stainless steel exhaust system without any silencer.I brought my car to the SC to have thorough look. No leakage was found. No loose connection was found either. What's the verdict..Don't know...Sifuss..help!Thanks.

Better send itr to a workshop that has experiences with valvetronics. It may be the head in the worst case but can help cause not sure what kinda loud sound you talking about. Maybe it could be the exhaust headers also or a leak somewhere. Have you chg exhaust?
Who normally service your car?

I send it to Seong Hoe Melaka normally. They checked the exhaust..no leakage...they opened up the engine before however..but that's another story...and nothing is wrong...

my car e36 318 that day got it done already , at first when you satrt engine the sound coming from the engine bay then goes off after 5 seconds . i went to the ekzos fellow they cannot check it . so i went to shop in old town what he did was take out the whole ekzos and check found ot thet the manifold joint inside section has a leak so he weld from the inside part after that my car no sound
