If you don't mind with preFL model, you can get a good one for less than 100k, saw one advertised in mudah.com.my. But an FL model will be significantly different but with 120k, there are plenty to choose from but please spend time to browse through. I test drove a dozen 318 2.0 before finally bought mind, paid a bit more than the current cheapest price when I bought it but the condition is good and I have less headache with it. Already did 26k km in 7 months and so far so good until a week ago when my ASC, ABS and brake lights are on all at the same time (please dont be the ABS unit...huhuhuhu)

With a car with 200+k km done, it's a lot of risk I suppose....especially with E46 that has a lot of electronics. Browse through just like Mouse suggested, pay a bit more now than a huge sum later to repair it
