Ya, he operating a shop in Penang, even sent me a picture of his shop. The thing that me frustrated is he promised and never keep it. I decline to sell to few members since he asked me first and some more wasted my time to wrap and queued at post office.

The Committee has always caution members here to be careful when buying & selling items in the Forum/Classifieds. Especially so from Club guest (even though they may be in the forum for long time) as we do not have their personal details.

Since you now have Kelvin's business address in Penang, perhaps you should make a Police report if he does not settle the payment.

I have sent Kelvin Teoh another PM to remind him. As Kelvin Teoh's last log-in to the forum was at 02.21 am this morning, I am pretty sure he received my previous PM and have also read what's posted in this thread. Well if he choose not to reply, then it is quite obvious of his real intention and rest assured appropriate action will be taken by the Committee.

Herbert, this kind of things can happen to anyone. My word of advise to forumers here is to generate extreme care whenever one sells something before collecting the cash. It doesn't matter if the person is a long time club member or even OMs. Thieves are often created whenever you allow them opportunity. They may just want to delay paying you for reasons known to themselves. Hope the payment is collected soon. I just remembered that I too had just sold something without collecting the cash. Got to remind the person to clear all dues.
