Keeping my fingers crossed, as I'm at the mercy of the customs.I was the victim of a major shouting event yesterday though, some customs officer shouted at me through the phone, telling me off for calling her and asking her all these questions. She said its not her job to entertain calls from everyone all over the world asking questions. Not helpful at all. She probably got PMS this morning, or had a bad night. Talk about customer service. Lived in the UK for 7 years and I was never told off by anyone at all, let alone shouting. Better get used to this now.Then tried another officer in the same department who offered me the above information. Very polite and all. Hope there's more people like this in Malaysia</blockquote>
