Da motor repair industry consists primarily of small biznesses, so wat u expect of their customer care policies -just not a whole lot and dat way u'll save a lotta pain. Just move on to others; most don't kno how to show gratitude or understand and appreciate customer loyalty (so no reason to b loyal rite?), then they wonder their biz not booming like other industries.Have u ever had a mech/workshop thank u for the year's biz u gave them? Few do but most don't even bother to kno your name or what u do for a living.
