After new fan and bumper and headlights re-installed, found that one of my HID fog lights and HID low beam not working ( all lights were working prior to dismantling).  Workshop gave up after numerous attempts and asked that I send my car to wireman.  The question I would like to ask here is whether it is fair that the workshop should pay for subsequent repair charges for the above lights?Thanks</p></blockquote><p></p>
