Recently I sent my car to a reputable air-con specialist to replace a faulty aux electric fan. To get access to said fan, front bumper and front headlights were removed. After new fan and bumper and headlights re-installed, found that one of my HID fog lights and HID low beam not working ( all lights were working prior to dismantling). Workshop gave up after numerous attempts and asked that I send my car to wireman. The question I would like to ask here is whether it is fair that the workshop should pay for subsequent repair charges for the above lights? Thanks
