Don't know if its still like that cause i haven't bid for any recently nor know anybody who did.Another thing is you have to buy as is and this is a big problem as the cars could have been sitting for quite long up to years for some cause of it being tied due to legal reasons. So do please add repair cost and see if it is worth the effort but there is some gems to be had for a good price....</blockquote>
