hi guys, M very new here and just gotten my Recond 2007 E92 325 Msport about 2 weeks ago. Have gone through the BMW hand guide but still have a few queries. Hope u guys could help out since all here a long time owners of a UDM 1. I am still unable to read my milege perlitre. There is a display in the middle of the speedometer when i throttle it and it moves randomly. Is this normal? 2. Since mine is a recond UK unit, the centre armrest compartment comes with a phone compartmet. Is there anywhere i could remove it and make it more roomier? 3. I tried pluging in my GPS adapter into the ciggie area and it cant fit? I tot all cars come with a same ciggie compartment so all plug and play thingy like recharging your iphone/GPS and other stuff could be use easily. 4. I was quite a bummer went i bought this car as the SA told me the milege was 19k km but actually after 1 week of driving and reading the BMW manual guide, it was actually in miles and wen i change it to kilometer it was about 30 k KM....bUt anyway the car is in superb condition and am not crying over it. However my SA service the car and told me the next service was supposed to be in 5 k so in miles would be in 24 k mile. So what should i expect for the cost of my service and what would they usually service or look for at 24 K miles? 5. Since all sifu here have been driving this UDM for quite some time, which is the best engine oil u recommend and what is the usual amout of engine oil for the N52 engine? 6. How do i check whether the RFT have enough air presure?Do i need to reset each time i add i pressure and how do i do that? 7. Sent my car for inspection to Ah heng in Msport USJ before i bought my car but is quite far from where i leave in sg buloh. Was going through the thread and alot of ppl recommend t Benson in ss2. Price , service and workmanship wise , which guys u think is better? 8. Had Huper optiks tint done for my car recently in puchong, The rear windscreen at the edges have not settle down even after 2 weeks and the SA told me in due time it will cause our BMW glass have some blackish "" dots"" at the edges . Any either if this is normal for your cars before. But the SA was a gentlemen and told me if m not happy i can always re do it. 9. How to know if my car comes with comfort access? 10. Do u guys leave the DTC on always or usually if ascending/climbing for instance to genting? Does it effect the consumption or power of the car if leave it on or OFF always? Guys these r some of my queries and i would be really grateful if u sifus could help out. O yes , i would really like to joint a TT session.... planning anywhere in a near future? Drd
