When my mom finished those tablets, she went to the doctor for more of it. Then my dad realize that those tablets given was not the same as the previous tablets. He went to the clinic to get a confirmation and the nurse took the tablets inside the office and came out saying the doctor says it was the right prescription. My mom then took those tablets and felt weak and dizzy. Suspecting wrong prescription my dad took my mom to the clinic again. Now the doctor told my mom that the tablets given was not for thyroid but for epilepsy and my mom might have medicine reaction. Quickly the doctor issued a letter stating my mom's condition and asked that my mom to get admitted to the hospital. After a day my mom was discharged. Now my questions are:1) What kind of compensation should I ask for?2) Who should I lodge a complain (already complain to the clinic but they are trying to drag this issue so that eventually we give up)?3) Usually what amount should I claim for this kind of case?4) Finally do you think that I have a case here?Thank you</p></blockquote><p></p>
