Actually this is not just limited to TM, it also involves ASTRO as well. Had a problem with the satellite transmission lately, so called them up and it was determined that the services of a technician was to be required. The customer service lady was very insistent that I do not allow anyone through the door unless they produce their ASTRO ID and IC. If I am still suspicious about the technician, I can call them up and verify.Thought it was good of them to stress that point. :top:Now, if only they can reduce the number of shows being repeated over and over again...
