On the 1st service (since March) at AB GM they "upgraded the transmission program" - but no change. On the 2nd service they "tuned" something that did reduce the symptom but then the car performed terribly - would not down shift unless I stomped on the gas (at any speed). On the 3rd service (last week) I had them reset back to the factory spec. Do others have this experience? Is this the way the 116 auto should perform?</blockquote>
