With the introduction of the new F10 5-Series, everything about E60 has gone down in price! Last time I asked on the LCI head and taillamp, it cost more than RM12k! Recently it cost approx RM8k but it's still out of budget for the moment :D I'm waiting for them to drop further! But like you said, for RM4k we only get local radio station & SatNav (with not-so-up-to-date-map)... no DVD or USB! In fact, I was contemplating on whether to change the CCC or add interface... and chose the latter in the end! I'm a happy man now... coz I can put thousands of songs into my USB, plug into my Kenwood player and sing along to my fav tunes!! :top: As for Garmin, it still has its flaw coz the voice system doesn't recognise or mispronounce the road name. My recent trip to Ipoh and I wanted to go to old town area of Ipoh for a cuppa white coffee, the MalSingMap didn't know that most roads have been changed to one way so I ended up using my own logics and sense of direction to guide me there! And for those who want to install reverse camera, you won't be able to do so without the interface (which have to be bought separately if you change the CCC) and therefore cost you more!
