Isetta 250 in Penang

Hi Greetings,I was on the road in Penang Island and saw Blue Isetta 250. Anyone have a clue as who own it? or seen it before else where? The sound is like Tut-Tut in bangkok.

Hi! I'm from Hong Kong. I like Isetta very much. It's almost impossible to find one here nowadays. I remembered I saw some when I was a kid. That was XX years ago!
