But more on having the crime rates in check by all the relevant parties. And some crimes are indication of failure of a certain system (or systems). If nothing is done, then it'll evolve to something bigger. One such thing is juvenile criminals, not forgetting the mat rempits which consisted of a lot of youths. It's not fair to label all of them as society menace but still the government needs to look into the issue from various angles: education, background, the 4W and 1H questions. Why are we  getting  more youths committing crimes, is there a breakdown in the education system? or is there a breakdown in the family culture?</p></blockquote><p></p>
