That being said, the worrying part is the situation is getting worse by the day with no signs that the cops are winning the battle. Official statistics have shown that crime rate has increased marginally. </p><p> </p><p>Agreed that we should not blamed the cops for all the problems, the citizens should also take up a more pro-active role. I still remember the days when my late dad dilligently woke up in the early morning hours to do his RT duty with his fellow neighbours. Break-ins was something that was unheard off then.</p></blockquote><p></p>
